We’ve designed our thorough selection process to ensure that both you and we get the most out of your application. Once we’ve assessed your online application, we’ll arrange for a telephone interview that will test your motivation in a number of areas.
If you’re successful, we’ll then invite you to a face to face interview. If you impress at face to face interview you may be asked to undertake online psychometric assessments. Succeed here and we’ll invite you back for our assessment center.
The assessment center will consist of a number of panel interviews with business unit managers. You will need to present a prepared presentation and take part in a team-based assessment exercise.
If you’re successful at the assessment center, you’ll receive an offer of a place on one of our programmes within 48 hours.
